Everything sold at Beautee By Mel — in store and online — is final sale. We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges on any items, so please double-check your cart before checkout.

Preorders
Preorder items are made just for you and cannot be canceled, changed, or refunded once your order is placed. If a preorder hasn't shipped yet, message us and we'll do our best to help — but the sale itself remains final.
Damaged or wrong item?
Mistakes happen. If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and your order number at infinitybeauteesuites@gmail.com and we'll make it right with a replacement.
In-store & hygiene items
For health and safety reasons, all cosmetics, lashes, nail products, and personal care items cannot be returned or exchanged once they leave the store — even unused.
